The user experience for the app is horrible. The app gives you the option of selecting the movie but then displays another movie. It also doesn't default to today's date. Therefore, many users end up buying tickets 2 days from today's date and for the wrong movie. On top of this, the concession stand prepackages popcorn, so it's not freshly made. Save the trouble and go to XXI.

Stuck to the location request, i can't choose different locations to see the schedule. I really like the old version when i can choose the location freely without gps allowed. The update version have a lot of bug 😞

I paid with Gopay. It said payment was failed. I repeat the process, chose different seat, and it said payment was failed. Moment later I checked My CGV page and there was double purchase! The app is also slow & lag although in good network connection. This is the reason I stopped watching movies at CGV since it updated its apps and no longer accept CGV credits. Older version was much better.
